A pretty bad webcomic hated by almost everyone. The creator, Tim Buckley, is rumored to be a horrible human being.

Is it Really That Bad?

Yes.

What Makes it So Bad Then?

Well, the writing is terrible and wordy, and the art is so heavily copy-and-pasted it destroys whatever good qualities it had in the first place. All the characters are jerks, which isn't usually a deal-breaker, but since they're written to be sympathetic it doesn't work. Plus the dude who makes it (Buckley) rips off Penny Arcade like, all the time.

Is it True that Almost Everyone Ever Hates It?

Yes.

How Come, Then?

Because, for starters, it is very popular for a webcomic that is bad and thus gets a lot of attention that could be focused on other things, like Rice Boy, for example. Another reason behind why it gets so much hate is that it seems to embody crappiness in all the parts that make up a comic at once. This makes it so that an artist can criticize the art, a comedy writer can criticize the writing, someone who's really good at writing characters can criticize that, and so on. It's a cornucopia of badness the whole family can enjoy!

Also, while this may not be wholly fair, a lot of people may hate Ctrl-Alt-Delete because the guy behind it, Tim Buckley, is supposedly a jerk.
