So, What's Your Story?
As a thinly veiled excuse for telling his favorite story about the time he was on a Spanish-language game show, Dr. Mr. Vandertramps started a thread entitled "So, What's Your Story?". Posters were encouraged to tell the most interesting or entertaining story that had ever occurred to them. Many posters rose to the challenge, resulting in a highly captivating thread.
From Story to Title
Without divulging too much of the plot, a key point in Vandertramps' story was where a bunch of Costa Ricans chanted his (real) name in a Spanish accent, which sounded like "Krees! Krees! Krees!" Classy man-about-town Corbie suggested that "Krees!" become Dr. Mr. Vandertramps' title, and the bestowment of said title shortly thereafter indicated Ryan's agreement.
