The forum is peopled by attractive people and their friends who produce BTTF slashfic and other less exciting things. T&BB began circa 2004, and ended in 2006 after all its registered users left to spend all their time updating wooo!pedia. Sometimes T&BB (as it is affectionately known) has Monthly themes for avatars.
T&BB has an associated irc channel, #tabb.
