Darren and Jordan
The building looked vacant. There were boards covering the windows and graffiti on the walls. Everything besides the small “39” painted next to the door in dripping red paint would have convinced Darren that he had the wrong address. She said 39 Park Ave, this has to be it, thought Darren as he shifted his backpack from one shoulder to the other. Maybe I’m remembering it wrong. I really should have written it down. I better go back and check. He took a step backwards and stumbled momentarily, knocking over an empty beer bottle in the process, which let out a loud tinkling sound as it hit the pavement.
The door opened almost immediately. When Darren looked up he met eyes with a small blonde girl with dark eyes, her hair falling in her face as she leaned between the crack in the door. “Hi Darren”, she greeted coyly, edging opening the door an inch more.
“H-Hi Jordan”, Darren stuttered out beneath a smile.
“Why don’t you come in, love. Outside’s no place for us together.”, she spoke softly as she opened the door, allowing Darren to step inside.
He caught her scent as he walked in. It wasn’t a smell he recognized right away. The scent left his mind as he began to take in his surroundings. They had just walked into a large concrete room. On the left was a small mattress in the corner, clothes and a single blanket covering it. To the right there was a small kitchen area, a small glass coffee table, and a couch that was covered in different colored paints. Jordan saw Darren looking at the couch, “We thought we could make it pretty”, she said as she moved her small shoulders up and down.
“Do you want any?”. she asked as she motioned over to the coffee table.
Darren looked over and noticed the small mound of white powder littering the table.
“I-I don’t think so…thanks.” he responded as he put his backpack against the wall.
“Oh c’mon love. It’s one of the best things to show us who we really are. Even you have a little crazy inside.”, she smiled as she took his hand and led him to the table. Picking up a five of hearts she scraped together a two-inch line and using a short straw, leaned over and inhaled it easily. She leaned down and scraped together a smaller line of the white powder. Handing the straw to Darren she smiled and put a hand over each of her eyes.
“Peek-a-boo. I want you”, she sang.
Looking her in the eyes Darren took the straw and leaned over the table with almost no hesitation, inhaling the line deeply. As he straightened up he cringed slightly at the burning sensation. He couldn’t tell where it was stronger, his nose or his groin. She scraped together two more lines and they each went down for seconds.
Part 2
They were both grinning crazily now as they sat woven together by the base of the coffee table.
“Things are a little brighter now. Things are clea-“, Darren broke off mid-sentence in a fit of giggles as he ran his tongue over his now, very numb teeth.
“Yes deary. Things are always getting a little bit brighter, aren’t they?”, she laughed and then became suddenly stern, “Where do you want to go?”.
Darren looked at her for only a moment. He felt much braver now.
“Let’s go there”, he said as he pointed across the room to the mattress in the corner.
“Yes, let’s go there”.
They both stumbled over to the mattress, falling on top of one another when they finally reached it. Tossing all of the clothes to the ground Jordan grabbed Darren’s shark shirt and tore it off over his head. He responded by grabbing the front of her shirt and tearing it down the middle as she quickly slipped out of it.
Looking up at him in a moment of awe Jordan said happily, “I love a boy who isn’t afraid to shock me”.
Frantically undressing now they fell back onto the mattress, Darren’s long hair falling in Jordan’s face, mixing in with their tongue-filled kisses. Jordan reached down and quickly guided Darren into her.
As Darren thrusted he looked around the room, finding it hard to believe this was finally happening. He noticed for the first time the large amount of paintings stacked against the back wall. They were all so beautiful.
He then caught the same scent that he had when entering the building, but this time he recognized it. It was the smell of blood.
He looked down mid-thrust and saw the spots of blood dripped across Jordan’s stomach. Looking up to meet her eyes he saw that she was grinning and moaning as blood slowly trickled down her nose, down past the corners of her mouth.
“Jordan! What is this?” asked Darren frantically.
“It’s the sweet of the candy, love. Just enjoy”
She reached up and pulled his face toward hers, kissing him passionately. The metallic taste was strong but their lust was stronger. Burying himself deep inside her, the intensity of their passion forced him to last just long enough to pull out, finishing on her stomach.
The white mixed with the red, which created a thick, pink substance. It created a shape or a scene, something, but not anything Darren had seen before.
Jordan looked down, examining her lower stomach, and looking up at Darren’s sweaty, bloody face she said, “This is true beauty, love”.
