- sam making a very short page is a minor edit. if new page and minor edit were mutually exclusive, why would the software even let you choose minor edit on a new page?
- don't blame the software. Microsoft Word lets you punctuate things wrong. That doesn't mean you should. Minor edits are changing misspelled words and adding punctuation etc, or signing a comment that you forgot to earlier. Not adding information etc. Sam
